Beige is looking for an exceptional, high-energy AI Agent Builder & Automation Engineer to join our technology team, architect cutting-edge automation ecosystems, and revolutionize our internal workflows and client-facing infrastructure.
This is not a traditional, slow-paced administrative or IT support role. You will operate as a critical driver of our company-wide digital transformation, taking extreme ownership of building custom AI agents, linking data pipelines, and eliminating manual operational bottlenecks for a rapidly growing media technology startup.

Location & Schedule
- Location: Remote (International / Global Talent)
- Schedule: Must be fully available to operate, test, and collaborate during our standard business coverage hours (aligned with US Central Standard Time / Pacific Standard Time). Flexibility is required to deploy urgent solutions during platform rollout phases.

What You'll Be Doing
- Custom AI Agent Architecture: Design, build, test, and deploy intelligent, multi-turn AI agents tailored for specific department use cases (HR, Sales, Customer Support, and Production).
- Workflow Automation Pipelines: Architect seamless integrations and robust automation workflows between external platforms (Google Workspace, Slack, CRMs, email) and internal infrastructure.
- Prompt Engineering & Tuning: Craft complex system prompts, build conversational logic chains, and continually refine LLM context windows to reduce errors and ensure highly accurate outputs.
- System Integration: Utilize modern API integrations and automation hubs to sync data across disparate platforms, completely eliminating repetitive manual data entry.
- System Optimization & Maintenance: Audit existing team workflows, identify manual bottlenecks, and maintain custom tools to keep systemic operational friction at absolute zero.
Who We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications:
- Strong English Proficiency: High fluency in written and spoken English with exceptional technical and team communication skills.
- Proven Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience building functional AI apps, custom bots, or comprehensive automation pipelines in a startup or fast-paced corporate environment.
- Software & Logic Mastery: Expert-level fluency with automation platforms (e.g., Zapier, Make, Microsoft Power Automate) and conversational AI/LLM deployment tools (e.g., OpenAI API, Claude/Anthropic, custom agent frameworks).
- Technical Hardware Setup: A reliable, high-speed internet connection, dedicated workstation, and a stable power backup/electricity supply to maintain uninterrupted development operations.
- Project Portfolio: A comprehensive list, case studies, or working live demos of AI agents, bots, or automated systems you have custom-built and successfully deployed.
Preferred / Major Plus:
- Base familiarity or coding proficiency in languages used for advanced integrations (Python, JavaScript/JSON, SQL).
- Deep experience setting up custom CRM automated workflows and managing complex follow-up automation architecture.
- Prior exposure to media production, marketplace apps, or creative agency environments.
