Orange Storm is a fast-growing AdTech company focused on Programmatic Advertising, Retargeting, Performance Marketing, and AI-powered Growth Solutions. We work with advertisers, agencies, app developers, publishers, and strategic partners across global markets.
As we expand in Brazil, we are looking for an experienced sales leader to drive business growth, establish strategic partnerships, and help scale our presence in the country.
This role has a clear path toward a future Country Manager position.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth across Orange Storm’s DSP, Retargeting, and Performance Advertising solutions in Brazil.
- Build and manage relationships with advertisers, agencies, app developers, publishers, and strategic partners.
- Identify, negotiate, and close new business opportunities.
- Develop go-to-market strategies and support long-term business expansion.
- Represent Orange Storm at industry events and conferences.
- Collaborate with product, operations, and leadership teams to support growth initiatives.
- Contribute to building the Brazil team and establishing local operations.
Requisitos
- 8–10+ years of experience in AdTech, Programmatic Advertising, Mobile Advertising, User Acquisition, App Monetization, or Performance Marketing.
- Proven track record in generating revenue and managing strategic partnerships.
- Strong network across advertisers, agencies, publishers, or ecosystem partners.
- Experience with DSPs, SSPs, Mobile Measurement Partners (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Singular), or App Monetization ecosystems is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Leadership experience is a plus.
