The Role: We are expanding our global footprint and looking for an agile Regional Talent Acquisition Specialist. You won't just be filling requisitions; you will be the architect of our regional talent strategy. Working seamlessly with our global HQ and cross-border teams, you will have the autonomy to design creative sourcing strategies, build robust talent communities, and directly impact the delivery of high-profile AI projects.
What You Will Do
- Pioneer Creative Sourcing: Go beyond traditional job boards. You will tap into the gig economy, localized social media networks, and specialized tech communities to uncover hidden talent.
- Build the Future Workforce: Curate and nurture dynamic talent pools across various AI data project types, ensuring we can deploy top-tier talent swiftly as new technologies emerge.
- Drive Global Synergy: Collaborate daily with our diverse teams across Beijing, Southeast Asia, and beyond. You will be the LATAM market expert, providing critical market intelligence and cost benchmarking to shape our global pricing and project strategies.
- Innovate Recruitment: Bring your ideas to the table. We encourage experimentation with new sourcing tools, AI-assisted recruitment workflows, and grassroots vendor networking.
Who You Are
- Experienced in full-cycle recruitment within the Tech, AI, or dynamic BPO sectors across Latin America.
- A strategic thinker who thrives in a fully remote, asynchronous, and global work environment.
- Bilingual in English and Portuguese (Spanish is a strong plus).
- Established as an Independent Contractor with a registered PJ entity in Brazil.
- Passionate about the AI industry and eager to grow within a disruptive, tech-forward culture.
