Role Description

This is a full time remote role for a Talent Acquisitions Specialist. The Talent Acquisitions Specialist will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and onboarding new employees. Additional tasks include maintaining employee records, providing onboarding administrative support, and supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives.

The position follows U.S. Eastern Time business hours, generally Monday through Friday. Working hours will vary slightly throughout the year due to business needs but will typically align with approximately 9:00 AM–6:00 PM EST.

Requisitos

  • C1 or C2 level of English. Candidates below C1 level will not be considered.
  • 3-8 years experience in recruitment, sourcing candidates, and conducting interviews
  • Skills in employee relations, HR policies, and labor law compliance
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • The ability to maintain clear, consistent communication with hiring managers and internal stakeholders regarding the status of active searches, candidate pipelines, timelines, and next steps.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Ability to manage multiple sourcing channels simultaneously, including alternative platforms and outreach methods beyond traditional job boards.
  • Analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
