WeTransact is looking for an Account Manager to join our growing team.

Your Mission

  • Own the account after go-live: You're the customer's main point of contact once they're live and transactable, and you're accountable for their revenue growth on the marketplace.
  • Advise on the right path: You assess where each ISV is and recommend the program or plan that moves them forward, from IP Co-sell eligibility to Certified Software status to new channels.
  • Drive adoption into revenue: You implement the work that converts a live listing into transactions: CRM integration, Crossbeam setup, sales comp parity, and Microsoft incentives.
  • Challenge the customer: When results aren't there, you challenge their structure and bring them a revised plan rather than a status update.
  • Navigating the Microsoft Field: You connect customers to the right AEs and PDMs and build the co-sell motion that moves deals.
  • Compounding with AI: AI is part of your daily workflow across research, QBR prep, and pipeline. This isn't a perk we offer, it's how we operate.

What We're Looking For

  • +4 years in sales at a B2B tech company. Quota-carrying, with a track record of growing accounts. CSM or account management background is a plus, not a substitute.
  • You think in revenue. Adoption is the means, not the metric.
  • English fluent. You present to Customer or Microsoft stakeholders in English without prep.
  • Daily, instinctive use of AI tools.
  • Comfortable being the one who tells a customer their approach isn't working — and what to do instead.
  • You manage 30+ accounts without dropping the ball.
