We are looking for a full-time, remote Database Engineer with 3–5 years of experience working with SQL Server and cloud-based database environments. This role is focused on owning and optimizing production databases that power critical application functionality, with a strong emphasis on performance, reliability, and continuous improvement.
This position is ideal for someone who takes full ownership of database systems, understands them end-to-end, and can proactively identify optimization opportunities. You will work closely with application engineers and infrastructure teams to ensure databases are performant, scalable, and well-structured.

Responsibilitie
- sOwn and manage production databases end-to-end, ensuring performance, reliability, and scalabilit
- yDevelop, maintain, and optimize stored procedures that power core application functionalit
- yDesign and maintain data models and database schema
- sAnalyze and improve existing database structures, queries, and stored procedure
- sPartner with application engineers to review database-related code and recommend improvement
- sIdentify and resolve performance bottlenecks, especially within stored procedure
- sManage and support complex data migrations and ongoing maintenance task
- sWork within cloud environments (primarily AWS) across
