Sales Development Representative (SDR) | Fluent in English

What You Will Do

  • Conduct outbound prospecting in the North American market (calls, emails, LinkedIn)
  • Identify and qualify B2B decision-makers
  • Generate and schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives
  • Follow structured outreach cadences and messaging frameworks
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and pipeline organization
  • Track activity metrics (calls, emails, meetings booked, conversion rates)
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to improve qualification quality

What We Are Looking For

  • 2+ year of experience in Outbound Sales, SDR, or Business Development
  • Fluent English (C1+)
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • High resilience and comfort with cold outreach
  • Data-driven and performance-oriented mindset
  • Familiarity with sales frameworks
  • Highly organized and disciplined profile

Technical Requirements

  • Two monitors
  • i7 (or equivalent) + 12GB RAM
  • High-speed internet
  • Professional headset
  • Quiet home office

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Previous experience working with U.S. or international clients
  • Consistent performance hitting activity or meeting targets
