Role Description

We are seeking a full-time remote Customer Operations Manager to lead and enhance customer operations while ensuring an exceptional customer experience. In this role, you will oversee daily operational processes, implement strategies to drive customer satisfaction, and work closely with cross-functional teams. You will analyze data to identify areas for service improvement, address customer support needs, and build strong communication channels to align operations with company objectives. The role requires a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Requisitos

  • Proven expertise in Operations Management and driving process improvements to optimize workflows
  • Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience management skills to ensure high-quality interactions and outcomes
  • Excellent Communication skills to establish and maintain relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Advanced Analytical Skills to assess data, identify trends, and implement strategic improvements
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, with the capability to inspire and motivate teams
  • Proficiency with customer management systems, CRM tools, and other relevant software
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in a SaaS or technology-driven environment is a plus
  • Fluency Portuguese, Spanish and English is required.
