Role Description This is a full-time, remote role for a Sales Development Representative at Glued. The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for researching and identifying potential DTC brand prospects, generating and qualifying leads through outbound outreach (email, social, and calls), and managing initial contact to build a healthy sales pipeline. The role includes booking discovery meetings for the sales and business development teams, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and following up consistently with prospects. The Sales Development Representative will collaborate with marketing and account teams to refine messaging, share market feedback, and support revenue growth initiatives.

Requisitos

  • Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation, with experience managing outbound outreach and qualifying prospects.
  • Strong Communication and Sales skills, including clear verbal and written communication and comfort holding prospect conversations.
  • Business Development mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities, nurture relationships, and support pipeline growth.
  • Experience using CRM and sales engagement tools, and familiarity with basic sales metrics and reporting.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
  • Prior experience in B2B SaaS, marketing services, or DTC/e-commerce is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in sales, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
