Worldpanel by Numerator is seeking an exceptional Team Lead, People Development & Experience (Worldpanel) to support and execute talent and employee experience strategies across the Worldpanel organization. Reporting to the Director, People Development & Experience, this role leads a small global team responsible for delivering learning, leadership development, career development, performance management, and employee experience programs across LATAM, APAC, EMEA, and UK/I.

Serving as a key liaison between the Global People Development & Experience team and Worldpanel HR Business Partners, the Team Lead ensures programs align with business priorities while delivering a consistent and engaging employee experience. This role combines people leadership, program management, facilitation, stakeholder partnership, and strategic planning in a complex global environment.

The ideal candidate has experience leading teams and talent programs in a global organization and is comfortable working across cultures, geographies, and business functions. Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese (written and verbal) is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Worldpanel PD&E Business Partnership & Operational Management

  • Lead the Worldpanel portion of the People Development & Experience team, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and talent objectives.
  • Partner with the Director, PD&E, as well as the Worldpanel HR Business Partners and business leaders to identify development needs and translate business priorities into impactful people programs.
  • Contribute to the development of the broader global PD&E roadmap and annual planning process.
  • Work with the Worldpanel PD&E team to track program effectiveness through metrics, participant feedback, and business outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, scalability, and program impact.
  • Regularly communicate progress, risks, opportunities, and recommendations to the Director.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the Global PD&E team and Worldpanel stakeholders, ensuring effective communication, planning, and execution.

Leadership & Program Development

  • Design and coordinate learning and development initiatives for Worldpanel employees with the Global PD&E team and HR Business Partners.
  • Deliver workshops, training sessions, and development programs in both virtual and in-person environments, particularly within the LATAM region.
  • Support broader global learning initiatives and adapt programs to regional needs where appropriate.
  • Provide facilitation and program support across PD&E initiatives as business needs require, with a particular focus on the LATAM region.

Career Development & Performance Management

  • Work closely with the Director, PD&E, and relevant Worldpanel stakeholders to implement career development frameworks, resources, and employee development initiatives for Worldpanel.
  • Coordinate and support the annual Worldpanel performance management cycle, ensuring consistency, effectiveness, and strong stakeholder engagement.

People Leadership

  • Lead, coach, and develop direct reports, fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing team environment.
  • Understand the roles and responsibilities for direct reports and be willing to get involved to support their work.
  • Provide guidance, feedback, and professional development support to team members, including delegating and assigning work, in partnership with the Director, PD&E.
  • Model company values and leadership expectations while driving accountability and results.

Other:

  • Assist with other tasks, special projects, and assignments on an as-needed basis.

Requisitos

Language Qualifications

  • Fluent in English (verbal and written) (C1 level)
  • Fluent in Spanish (verbal and written) (C1 level)
  • Fluent in Portuguese (verbal and written) (C1 level)

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s (or equivalent) degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Learning & Development, Business, or a related field
  • Previous experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Organizational Development, or a related People function
  • Previous experience leading or managing people
  • Experience working in a global or multinational organization
  • Experience facilitating leadership and professional development programs

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing budgets and/or vendor relationships
  • Experience leading or managing people remotely in different countries

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal) in the required languages across diverse audiences
