Job Title: Senior Sales Executive

Compensation: $3,500 – $4,500 base salary + performance-based bonus

Position Overview
Arival Bank is looking for a Senior Sales Executive to expand our presence in the Brazilian and international markets and drive measurable revenue growth.
This is a senior individual contributor role with full ownership of the sales cycle, from initial engagement to closed deals. You will work directly with founders, operations leaders, and finance leaders of international businesses managing cross-border payments and financial operations.
We are looking for a commercially driven professional who can navigate complex B2B deals in a regulated fintech environment and consistently deliver results.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive the full sales cycle from lead qualification to deal closure.
- Build, manage, and advance a high-quality pipeline of opportunities.
- Own revenue targets and be accountable for delivering consistent sales performance.
- Conduct strategic discovery calls and product demonstrations to identify client needs and position solutions effectively.
- Act as the primary commercial point of contact throughout the sales process.
- Lead commercial negotiations and close complex B2B agreements in a regulated environment.
- Identify deal risks, onboarding bottlenecks, and revenue blockers, and proactively drive solutions.
- Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM hygiene.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Compliance, Operations, Product, and Customer Success to ensure smooth client activation.
- Contribute to sales strategy, messaging, and go-to-market improvements.
- Provide structured market and customer feedback to Product and Marketing teams.
- Drive outbound initiatives and strategic prospecting to generate new business opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience in fintech, banking, payments, SaaS, or financial services.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong experience managing full sales cycles from prospecting to deal closure.
- Experience selling complex products in a regulated environment.
- Excellent commercial negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to engage and influence senior decision-makers (C-level, founders, finance leaders).
- Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Solid understanding of compliance, onboarding, and financial risk processes.
- Strong technical understanding of fintech products, APIs, and onboarding processes.
- Fluent English and Portuguese (both written and spoken).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with digital banking, cross-border payments, or multi-currency solutions.
- Background in high-growth or startup environments.
- Experience selling to internationally structured or global companies.
- Existing network within the Brazilian, LATAM, or global startup ecosystem.
- Experience with outbound sales and building pipelines from scratch.
