Compensation: R$2,000/month
We're an early-stage stealth startup in the health and wellness space, building our brand from the ground up. We're looking for a motivated social media intern who wants hands-on experience growing a brand across Instagram, TikTok, and beyond. You'll work directly with the founder and learn every part of social media marketing, from content creation to influencer partnerships. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants real responsibility and room to grow.
What You'll Do
- Help manage our social channels day to day (Instagram, TikTok, community engagement)
- Create original content, including educational carousel posts (we'll give you tools and templates), graphics, and short-form video
- Write captions that match our brand voice
- Coordinate with influencer partners: send briefs, collect and review their content, schedule posts
- Respond to comments and help build an engaged community
- Research potential micro-influencers using tools like Modash and hashtag research
- Keep the content calendar organized and posting on schedule
- Light video editing in CapCut or similar (trimming, captions, formatting)
What We're Looking For
- Fluent in English, written and spoken (will be assessed during the interview)
- Genuine interest in social media, content creation, and marketing
- Some experience creating content (personal projects, freelance, a previous internship, or managing an account count)
- Basic video editing in CapCut, iMovie, or similar (essential)
- Organized, reliable, and able to hit deadlines
- Self-motivated, you'll get guidance, but we want someone who takes initiative
- Available 6 hours per day
Nice to Have
- An eye for clean, educational content design
- Interest in health, wellness, or fitness
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, CapCut, or influencer research platforms
