The Creative Director is responsible for leading the conceptual development and creative direction of brand-led campaigns and moments aimed at highly discerning creative audiences.
This role focuses on products such as Firefly and the wider Creative Cloud ecosystem, Acrobat, and others — shaping work that feels authentic, credible, and deeply relevant to the creative community.
The Creative Director brings a strong understanding of creative culture, emerging trends, tools, and the realities of creative practice. This role acts both as a creative leader and a cultural translator.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead conceptual development and creative direction of campaigns for creative audiences
* Develop original campaign ideas, platforms, and social-first concepts
* Shape and elevate creative thinking from ideation to final execution
* Oversee shoots and content production
* Provide creative direction to designers, art directors, and copywriters
* Act as creative lead within the squad
* Build relationships with senior client stakeholders and present creative work
* Collaborate with senior creative leadership (Chief Creative Partner and EMEA GCD)
* Lead design direction for demand progression and conversion activities
* Translate ideas into scalable design systems
