This is not a traditional, slow-paced creative production role. You will operate as a critical driver of our media engine, taking extreme ownership of project lifecycles, global creative partner coordination, timeline management, and quality control for a rapidly growing media technology startup.

Location & Schedule
Location: Remote Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM CST, with flexibility to oversee global team operations as required by a fast-growing startup environment.Compensation
Starting Salary: $400/month

End-to-End Production Management: Coordinate and oversee projects across the entire production lifecycle: pre-production (planning, briefing) $\rightarrow$ production (shooting, logistics) $\rightarrow$ post-production (editing, delivery).Creative Partner Coordination: Source, vet, coordinate, and assign the right Creative Partners (photographers & videographers) tailored to each project's unique creative requirements.SOP Compliance & Timeline Oversight: Maintain strict shoot schedules and ensure project timelines, budgets, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) are followed with zero deviations.Internal Delegation & Pipeline Flow: Delegate and synchronize tasks across internal pillars (Sales, User Success, Post-Production) to keep the asset pipeline moving cleanly from onboarding to final delivery.Issue Resolution & Workflow Optimization: Monitor project progress, proactively resolve issues on-set or during post-production, and continuously improve processes to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.Who We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications:
Industry Experience: Proven background working directly within the video production, photography, advertising agency, or commercial creative industry.Elite Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills, with a proven ability to clearly instruct technical creative teams and align stakeholders.Organizational Excellence: Highly organized with elite attention to detail; capable of managing multiple fast-moving production pipelines simultaneously.Agility: Highly comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.Technical Hardware & Workspace Setup: A reliable remote office setup with high-speed internet and stable power infrastructure to support seamless video management and data-sensitive operations.Preferred / Major Plus:
Experience with Project Tools: Direct experience using modern remote productivity, tracking, and collaboration stacks (Asana, HubSpot, Google Drive, Discord, Slack).Cross-functional Background: Previous experience navigating Client Success, project management, or account management workflows within a creative framework.Core Behavioral Expectations:
