We are seeking a highly organized and punctual Project Manager to manage client communications and project timelines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing SEO projects, ensuring tasks are completed on time, and maintaining clear and professional communication with clients. The candidate should be available from 9AM to 5PM CST and have excellent written and spoken English skills.
- Communicate with clients regarding SEO progress, updates, and deliverables.
- Review SEO reports and summarize key points into client-friendly emails.
- Ensure all client queries are responded to promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with the internal SEO team to manage project timelines and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress and ensure that deadlines are met.
- Schedule and participate in client meetings as needed.
- Maintain detailed and organized records of client communications and project statuses.
- Identify and escalate any issues or risks to project timelines to the appropriate team members.
Requisitos
- Proven experience in project management
- Excellent English proficiency, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to summarize complex information into clear and concise communications.
- High level of punctuality and availability from 9 AM to 5 PM CST.
- Professional demeanor with strong client-facing skills.
- Proficient in using project management tools and software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with SEO concepts and terminology.
- Experience using SEO reporting tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
