We are seeking a highly organized and creative Creative Producer to manage and oversee the end-to-end production of high-quality audio content.
Role Overview
As a Creative Producer, you will play a key role in managing the end-to-end production process of audio content across various formats on Pocket FM. You will collaborate closely with writers, voice artists, creators, and production teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality episodes. The role requires strong operational management, creative oversight, and the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders to deliver compelling audio experiences for our listeners.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Operations Management
Ensure smooth daily operations of running audio shows and manage the production pipeline to deliver episodes as per planned schedules.
- Creator & Talent Coordination
Work closely with voice-over artists, creators, writers, and dubbing artists (both internal and external) to produce engaging audio content.
- Production Planning
Collaborate with content and production teams to plan episode pipelines, track weekly deliverables, and ensure timely completion of projects.
- Stakeholder Collaboration
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Content, Marketing, Product, and Quality teams to ensure alignment on production goals and timelines.
- Production Quality Oversight
Work closely with the QC team to maintain high production standards, ensuring the final content meets quality benchmarks before launch.
- Creator Network Management
Build and manage a network of internal and external creators and production partners to support large-scale content creation.
- Audience Feedback Monitoring
Track user feedback and listener comments to identify potential issues related to voice quality, narration, or sound production and coordinate with relevant teams for improvements.
- Process & Workflow Optimization
Identify opportunities to improve production workflows, creator management processes, and operational efficiency across projects.
- Volume & Deadline Management
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained.
Requisitos
- 3+ years of experience in content production, creator management, or media production.

- Strong understanding of audio storytelling, podcast production, or audiobook production workflows.

- Proven experience working with creators, voice artists, or creative production teams.
