We are looking for an HR Specialist Continuous Improvement LATAM, who will be responsible for identifying, designing, and implementing automation and continuous improvement solutions across core Human Resources processes in LATAM. This role combines process optimization methodologies, HCM data governance, and technical expertise in VBA/Macros and Power Automate to improve operational efficiency, enhance data quality, and support HR teams through scalable solutions, training, and process standardization.
As a key partner to HR Teams, the HR Specialist Continuous Improvement will lead initiatives focused on automation, standardization, process optimization, and data governance, delivering scalable solutions that improve efficiency, reduce manual work, and enhance the employee experience.

Key Responsibilities
Process Automation & Optimization Job Task
Identify automation opportunities within HR core processes across LATAMDesign and develop solutions using VBA/Macros, and Power AutomateContinuously improve workflows to reduce manual effort and increase efficiency
Continuous Improvement Implementation
Apply Continuous Improvement methodologies to streamline HR operationsAnalyze current processes and identify gaps, risks, and inefficienciesPropose and execute optimization initiatives aligned with business needs
HCM Data Quality & Governance
Ensure accuracy and integrity of employee data within HCM systemsPerform audits and validations of HR data processesDevelop controls and automation to prevent data inconsistencies
Stakeholder Support & Collaboration
Partner with HRBPs and HR Shared Services across LATAMGather requirements and translate them into technical solutionsProvide ongoing support and troubleshooting for automation tools
Training & Enablement
Train HR teams on automation tools and best practicesCreate user guides and documentation for implemented solutionsPromote adoption of digital tools and self-service capabilitiesImplementation of systems or update patches
Reporting & Performance Tracking
Develop dashboards and automated reports for HR metricsMonitor performance of implemented solutionsTrack efficiency gains and impact of automation initiatives
Requisitos
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience & Knowledge
4+ years of experience in Human Resources, HR Operations, HR Systems, Continuous Improvement, or related areas.Demonstrated experience leading process improvement and automation initiatives.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Macros and VBA development.Experience with Microsoft Power Automate or similar workflow automation platforms.Working knowledge of HCM systems such as Dayforce, Workday, SAP, or equivalent solutions.Strong understanding of HR operations, employee data governance, and process management.Proven ability to identify operational challenges and implement scalable solutions.Experience working within regional or multinational environments.Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting LATAM HR operations.Advanced Spanish communication skills.Experience with ServiceNow or similar case management platforms.Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools.Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other Continuous Improvement methodologies.Experience in HR Digital Transformation initiatives.Familiarity with RPA technologies such as UiPath or Automation Anywhere.Certification in Continuous Improvement, Process Excellence, Lean, Six Sigma, or Project Management.
