Requisitos
PMP or PRINCE2 certification — mandatory at PM and Senior PM levelsMicrosoft Project / PWA for schedule management; JIRA for Agile trackingFinancial forecasting and budget management — forecast accuracy within ±10%Reports delivered on schedule ≥ 98%; schedule data quality in PWA ≥ 98%ITGC control execution: 100% on time, zero overdueChange and release management: 100% of change records complete pre-releaseStakeholder management across ATB, ATA, and Allianz OE clientsInsurance and financial services delivery experience — highly preferred
