We are hiring one person.

This is for someone who knows how to win—and expects to be rewarded for it.

### What You’ll Do

  • Cold call real estate agents across the U.S.
  • Start real conversations (not robotic scripts)
  • Identify serious agents and create opportunities
  • Improve messaging, scripts, and approach over time

This is a production role first.

Leadership opportunity comes after results.

### Who This Is For

  • Fluent or near-native English (non-negotiable)
  • Proven sales experience (cold calling preferred)
  • Highly disciplined—shows up daily and executes
  • Thinks independently and adapts in real conversations
  • Competitive and internally driven

### Who This Is NOT For

  • Script readers who can’t think on their feet
  • People who need motivation to do their job
  • Anyone without a track record of winning

### What We Value

### Compensation (We Win – You Win)

  • Base salary starting at $1,000/month USD
  • Performance-based commission with strong upside
  • High performers have the opportunity to earn significantly more as results scale

  • High daily call volume
  • Consistent follow-up
