Short-Form Video Editor (Podcast Clips & Content Repurposing)
We are growing our podcast and looking for a content clipper who can turn our existing content into new short-form videos and post them on a separate Instagram and TikTok account. Your job is to clip our podcasts, repurpose content we already have, and repost it in a way that feels fresh so the second account can grow. If you have experience clipping podcasts, editing Reels/TikToks, growing short-form pages, or using AI video tools, we want to hear from you.
Compensation
$1,000 base fee + commissionsOn-target earnings: $1,500–$2,500/month
What you’ll do
Watch podcast episodes and pull the strongest, most shareable momentsRepurpose our current content into new clips, cuts, and formatsRecut and restyle existing posts so they feel new, not copy-pasteUse AI tools (Higgsfield and similar) to enhance clips, create visuals, and speed up productionEdit short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube ShortsAdd captions, hooks, music, pacing, and on-screen textPost and repost consistently on Instagram and/or TikTokWrite captions, hooks, and hashtags that help each clip get watchedTrack what performs and double down on the formats that get views
Requisitos
Experience clipping long-form video (podcasts, interviews, YouTube, livestreams)Experience repurposing existing content into new short-form postsExperience with AI tools such as Higgsfield and other AI video/image platformsStrong short-form editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar)Eye for hooks, timing, and what performs on TikTok/ReelsCan work independently and hit a consistent posting scheduleOrganized, fast, and detail-orientedComfortable running or posting to a social accountReliable remote communication
