The Role
As Campaigns Assistant, you keep production moving. You're the person who makes sure every ClickUp task is assigned, on track, and progressing — and the go-to point of contact for approvals and status updates between clients and the internal team.
This is not a strategy or technical role. Every strategy and Klaviyo-related decision is owned by the Strategist and specialists — your job is to own the process: tasks move, communication flows, approvals get chased down, and nothing falls through the cracks.
You will not be required to attend face-to-face client meetings, but you will be communicating with clients regularly for approvals, feedback, and ad hoc requests.
Move ClickUp tasks through the workflow, assigning team members based on availability and project needsKeep ClickUp accurate at all times: task statuses, due dates, and assignmentsManage day-to-day communication with clients — collect approvals, relay feedback, and handle ad hoc requestsRoute any strategy or technical questions to the Strategist or relevant specialist — the Campaigns Assistant is not expected to answer theseCheck that client feedback and comments have been actioned by the team before work moves forwardUpdate the project roadmap and status updates so everyone has visibility on where each account standsMaintain organized documentation: briefs, timelines, and approval trailsFlag delays or risks on an account to the Strategist as soon as they come up
What Success Looks Like
The best person in this role doesn't wait to be asked. They check, they flag, they follow up, and they close the loop. You keep a close eye on every account you own so nothing sits untouched, and you make sure the right people always have what they need to keep moving.
