Welcome to Worktables!
The Worktables team is looking for an HR & Finance Operations Manager to build and run the people and administrative operations that keep a fast-moving, globally distributed tech company healthy. You'll work hand-in-hand with our CEO, CTO, and team leads to attract great talent, onboard them well, manage administrative payments and office bills, keep our distributed workforce compliant and supported, and shape the culture of a company that operates across borders.
This is a high-trust, high-ownership role. You won't be inheriting a fully built function — you'll be helping create it.
This role works closely with leadership and is client-adjacent. Professional English reading and comprehension is required.
