Senior UI UX Designer
This person will be on a1099 to start, potential conversion, long term contract
Location: Remote, must work in EST zone hours, 8-5 pm EST

Mentor other UI DesignersCreate and set a visual direction for roll-outDevelop and maintain design systems and style guideAdvocate for user-centered design with the clientContribute to the strategic vision for the user experienceLead design reviews and providing constructive feedbackWorking on more complex and strategic projectOften involved in project planning and scopingDeep understanding of advanced Figma conceptClient communication for issues and clarificationPresent design concepts to clients and stakeholderFollow Curio's Figma Etiquette for all filesCreate user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, user needs, and user feedbackProduce user flows, wireframes, prototypes, user interface mockups, and developer specificationConduct user research and evaluate user feedback Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs are feasible and meet project goals/deadlineAbility to explain design methodology used in UI designApply directed feedback from clients and/or senior team memberBe able to create Figma components and add them to an existing design systemEnsuring designs are accessible and meet usability standardUnderstanding of industry best practiceMaintaining design consistency across platformFollow Curio's (Ascendum’s digital studio) Figma Etiquette for all files
