We are seeking a HRIS Systems Support Specialist for a permanent position at our Office in São Paulo/ SP.
Job Summary:
Under general direction, the HRIS Systems Support Specialist is responsible for supporting, maintaining, and optimizing the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) for the organization. This role ensures data integrity, system functionality, reporting accuracy, and user support, continuous improvement, across HR platforms that support employees in manufacturing operations, production facilities, and corporate offices. The specialist works closely with HR, IT, Payroll, and Plant Leadership to ensure the HRIS system effectively supports workforce management, compliance requirements, and operational needs. This position reports the status of all project and initiatives to the leader.
Roles & Responsibilities:
* Maintains and supports HRIS platforms and related systems.
* Troubleshoots system issues and coordinates with IT or vendors to resolve problems.
* Stays up to date on current and best practices and tools.
* Manages system updates, patches, and testing.
* Monitors data accuracy and integrity across HR systems.
* Processes employee lifecycle transactions such as hires, terminations, and data changes
* Responds to employee inquiries related to HR processes and policies
* Partners with HR and other Center of Excellence to support daily operations
* Identifies and implement process improvements
* Ensures policy compliance
* Implements controls and audit processes to ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
* Maintains security roles and system permissions.
* Develops and maintains HR dashboards, reports, and data extracts.
* Supports HR leadership with workforce analytics related to manufacturing staffing, turnover, and labor costs.
* Provides reporting support for audits and regulatory requirements.
* Assists with HRIS configuration, workflow improvements, and process automation.
* Partners with HR leaders to identify system enhancements that improve operational efficiency.
* Applies a solutions-oriented mindset to identify root causes, evaluate options, and implement practical improvements that address talent acquisition challenges
* Participates in HRIS implementations or upgrades.
* Provides technical support and guidance to HR staff and plant administrators.
* Trains HR team members on HRIS processes and functionality.
* Documents system procedures and best practices.
* Supports HR technology initiatives including system integrations, new module implementations, and HR digital transformation efforts.
Requisitos
* Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience
* 3 years of experience supporting HRIS systems
* 3 years of experience with HRIS platforms (Oracle, ADP, Workday, SAP, UKG, etc.).
* 3 years of experience with advanced Excel and reporting tool
* Proficiency in English including strong verbal and written communication skills
* Knowledge of HR processes including payroll, benefits, recruiting, and workforce management

Work Environment:
* The role will be performed in a manufacturing setting with frequent exposure to equipment and machinery.
* May require occasional travel between plant locations and corporate offices.
* Flexibility to work in both an office and a plant environment is required.
