We're looking for experienced Legal Case Managers and Litigation Paralegals with a background in Personal Injury Law to support a fast-paced U.S. legal practice.

This is an excellent opportunity for bilingual legal professionals who are detail-oriented, client-focused, and experienced in litigation and/or pre-litigation case management.

What You'll Do

Manage personal injury cases from intake through resolution

âœ
Draft and prepare legal documents, pleadings, motions, discovery, and court filings

âœ
Maintain case files, deadlines, calendars, and litigation dockets

âœ
Communicate with clients, attorneys, insurance companies, courts, and medical providers

âœ
Request and review medical records, bills, police reports, and liens

âœ
Prepare demand packages and support settlement negotiations

âœ
Assist attorneys with case preparation, hearings, mediations, and trial support

What We're Looking For

✔ 2+ years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal, Case Manager, or similar legal role

✔ Personal Injury experience is required

✔ Litigation and/or Pre-Litigation experience is a MUST

✔ Strong organizational and communication skills

✔ Experience with legal case management systems

✔ Advanced English and Portuguese (written and spoken)

✔ Ability to work independently in a remote environment
