Position OverviewMSA Asia is looking for a remote Corporate Services Assistant based in LATAM to support company incorporation, corporate administration, and ongoing compliance work for clients operating throughout Asia.

You will assist with preparing incorporation documents, collecting information from clients, coordinating signatures, maintaining company records, and monitoring statutory filing deadlines. You will also support routine corporate changes, such as the appointment of directors, changes of address, share transfers, and updates to company ownership information.

This is a junior position suited to someone who is highly organised, comfortable working with detailed documentation, and interested in developing a career in company incorporation, corporate services, or international business administration.

You do not need to be a qualified lawyer or company secretary. However, you should be able to follow structured processes carefully, communicate professionally with clients, and manage multiple administrative tasks without losing track of important details.

Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with the preparation and submission of company incorporation applications across Asian jurisdictions.Collect identification, address, ownership, director, shareholder, and beneficial-owner information from clients.Review submitted documents for completeness and follow up on missing, expired, or inconsistent information.Prepare routine corporate documents, forms, resolutions, consent letters, registers, and application packs using approved templates.Coordinate the signing, notarisation, apostille, legalisation, certification, and translation of corporate documents where required.Maintain accurate digital records for each client company, including incorporation certificates, constitutional documents, licences, registers, and resolutions.Update internal systems, compliance calendars, client trackers, and document-management platforms.Assist with changes to directors, shareholders, registered addresses, company names, business activities, and share capital.Support annual returns, business licence renewals, registered-office requirements, and other recurring corporate filings.Monitor filing deadlines and follow up with clients and internal teams to ensure that required information is received on time.Coordinate with local corporate service providers, government registries, banks, translators, notaries, and other external parties.Keep clients informed about the progress of applications, outstanding requirements, and expected next steps.Help prepare documents for bank account applications and other post-incorporation registrations.Support senior corporate services colleagues with client requests, research, and administrative tasks.Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to templates, checklists, instructions, and internal processes.Key QualificationsOne to three years of experience in administration, corporate services, legal support, compliance, accounting, customer service, or a related professional-services role.Applications from strong graduates with relevant internships or administrative experience are also welcome.Excellent written and spoken English.Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage several client matters at the same time.Close attention to detail when reviewing documents, names, identification information, dates, and company records.Confidence communicating with international clients by email, video call, and project-management systems.The ability to follow structured procedures and complete tasks accurately within deadlines.A professional and service-oriented approach to client communication.Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, particularly Word, Excel, Google Docs, and Google Sheets.Experience with CRM systems, document-management platforms, or task-management software would be an advantage.Previous experience with a company incorporation provider, accounting firm, law firm, corporate services business, or compliance team would be helpful but is not required.An interest in international business, company formation, and Asian markets.What It Is Like Working at MSA AsiaOur services.
