Overview of the role
The Strategic Consultant will be part of a new consulting capability at BairesDev, working at the intersection of strategy, operations, and technology to help organizations solve complex business problems and translate strategy into execution. This role involves partnering directly with senior leaders to structure ambiguous challenges, identify where value is being left on the table, and design practical paths to capture it.
Key responsibilities
- Structuring complex or ambiguous business problems into clear analytical frameworks.
- Identifying opportunities for growth, efficiency, or transformation.
- Translating strategy into actionable initiatives and roadmaps.
- Working closely with client executives and internal delivery teams.
- Supporting discovery, assessment, and transformation programs.
- Communicating insights and recommendations clearly to senior stakeholders.
Requisitos
- Strategic Experience: Senior-level experience as a Product Manager or equivalent strategic role.
- Business and Technology: Strong understanding of business strategy and technology.
- Problem-Solving: Proven ability to structure ambiguous problems and translate them into actionable plans.
- Language Proficiency: Advanced level of English.
