Overview of the role
The Talent Quality Auditor position involves ensuring quality and consistency across all Talent Acquisition processes by auditing key interactions, including candidate calls, screening interviews, and written communications. This role requires reviewing large volumes of operational activity, evaluating performance against defined standards, and identifying both individual and systemic areas for improvement. You'll maintain high-quality hiring standards, analyze audits in detail, identify patterns and performance risks, and document findings with high accuracy while collaborating with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Executing end-to-end quality audits across Talent Acquisition processes, including calls, screenings, emails, and workflows, ensuring adherence to defined standards, scorecards, and KPIs.
- Identifying performance gaps, recurring issues, and risk patterns, documenting findings with high accuracy and detail.
- Proposing adjustments to audit frameworks, processes, and evaluation criteria.
Requisitos
- QA Experience: 2+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Auditing, or Quality Control roles.
- Audit Background: Experience auditing operational processes.
- Performance Evaluation: Proven track record evaluating performance based on defined standards, scorecards, or KPIs.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data review.
- Documentation Skills: Strong written documentation skills.
- Independent Work: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Language Proficiency: Advanced level of English.
Additional skills preferred
- TA Experience: Experience in Talent Acquisition or similar environments.
- High-Volume Environments: Background working in high-volume, fast-paced environments.
- Process Improvement: Exposure to process improvement or quality framework design.
