Bueno Law, an immigrant-led humanitarian immigration law firm, is expanding our front-line sales team. We empower Latines who have survived persecution—including LGBTQ+ Latines and other vulnerable communities—to obtain permanent status in the United States through humanitarian relief.

You will be the very first person our potential clients have contact with. Your primary mission is to answer all incoming leads via text in our CRM software, make sure that no lead is being ignored, and conduct a pre-screening of each lead before you transfer them to a booking agent. This is a front-line service position requiring immediate responsiveness and high empathy.

Key Responsibilities

  • First-Response Lead Handling: Answer incoming client questions instantly with a warm, professional greeting.
  • Lead Sorting & Filtering: Quickly pre-screen potential clients before routing them to a booking agent.
  • Maintaining constant contact with leads while booking agents are busy.

Required Qualifications

  • Language Proficiency: Complete native fluency in Portuguese and professional fluency in English (Spanish is a strong asset).
  • Location: Must be physically located and working remotely from Brazil.
  • Experience: 1+ years in a front-line customer service, virtual receptionist, or call center role.
  • Core Skills: High emotional intelligence and the ability to handle high lead volume calmly.
  • Technical Setup: High-speed, stable fiber-optic internet connection, a modern computer, a noise-canceling headset, and a completely silent workspace.
