joops is an AI ad-creative company. We produce performance video ads for DTC brands, and we're looking for AI editors who know the difference between a video that looks good and a video that sells.
If you've created long-form DTC ads with AI that actually scaled, we want to talk.
What you'll do → Create long-form DTC video ads from start to finish using the latest AI models, including Seedance 2.5, Higgsfield, and our own internal creative system, Joops → Build every video on a proven conversion framework: scroll-stopping hooks, problem → solution storytelling, proof, and a CTA that drives action → Optimize for the metrics that matter: hook rate, hold rate, and engagement → Work directly with our creative team in Slack, delivering client-ready videos on deadline
Who you are → You have real experience creating long-form DTC ads with AI (VSLs, UGC-style, advertorials) → You think like a media buyer. You know why the first 3 seconds make or break an ad → You're fluent with AI video models like Seedance and Higgsfield and always testing what's new → You move fast, take feedback well, and hit deadlines consistently → You have a portfolio of AI-generated DTC work you're proud of
