TBO.COM is looking for an experienced professional to join our North America Operations team! We're looking for someone communicative, proactive, and knowledgeable in general tourism operations to work with the North American market.
Main Responsibilities:
Manage booking changes, confirmations, and cancellations.Provide consultative support, ensuring the best customer experience.Answer questions about the wide range of products and services offered by TBO.COM.Act proactively in problem-solving and operational demands.Requirements:
✔ Fluent/advanced English (required).
✔ Minimum of 3 years of experience in the tourism industry/operations.
✔ Ability to handle different situations and customer profiles.
✔ Proactive, communicative, and customer-oriented profile.
This is a full home-office position.
