One of our European based clients is looking for a Project Coordinator to support projects and business activities across South America, Europe, and the Middle East. (Only Lebanes.e required)
The position is primarily remote; however, international travel is an important part of the role. Depending on project requirements, candidates should be available to travel at least once per month, particularly to Europe and the Middle East.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and follow up on different projects and activities.Communicate with teams, partners, and contacts in different countries.Organize meetings, schedules, documentation, and project follow-ups.Support activities between South America, Europe, and the Middle East.Prepare basic reports and updates on project progress.Travel internationally when required.
Requisitos
Lebanes.e natio.nality is required. (Only Lebanes.e required)Currently living in Brazil or another South America country.Fluent Arabic speaker / English is a plus.Available for regular international travel.Good communication and organizational skills.Responsible, flexible, and comfortable working with people from different cultures.
Experience:
Previous experience as a Project Coordinator is an advantage, but professional experience in project coordination is not mandatory.We also welcome beginners and candidates from different professional backgrounds who are motivated to learn and develop within the company.
