Zainith Agency is looking for a TikTok Shop Creator Community Manager to join our team remotely. While this position is remote, Zainith Agency is headquartered in New York City, USA.

The Community Manager will operate as the primary point of contact with top TikTok Shop creators making content for Zainith Agency’s clients. The focus of this role is to build and maintain strong relationships with creators and grow Zainith Agency’s discord community by offering training, biweekly calls, contests and prizes, and more!
You will be responsible for:
- Managing creators on TikTok Shop Seller Center and discord orWhatsApp groups (10-12)
- Meeting one-on-one with top creators and building relationships
- Hosting contests, workshops, office hours, etc. within discord to keep creators engaged
- Recruiting TikTok Shop affiliates to join and be active in our discord community
- Growing the number of creators within the community as well as the collective GMV driven by the community through TAP links
The ideal candidate has a proven track record in account management, eCommerce, and client satisfaction. You should have multiple examples of going above and beyond to meet client expectations.
- Meet targets for discord membership growth and GMV driven
- Host biweekly call to keep creators engaged and driven
- Moderate discord or WhatsApp chats and engage regularly with members
- Answer questions related to TikTok Shop and Zainith Agency’s services for creators
- Manage and promote affiliate contests with prizes and payouts
- Add and remove client brands from affiliate group and ensure top creators are being onboarded to the community
Requisitos
- MUST have proven experience with TikTok Shop (Seller Central, Ads Manager, affiliates, etc)
- Self-starter comfortable with developing a program from scratch with little direction or oversight.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken at a professional level)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Previous eCommerce experience
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts with sharp attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to influence and communicate with stakeholders at all levels, including executives
- Reliable high-speed internet connection that supports live video meetings with screen sharing
