AI Rudder is a leading enterprise AI company transforming customer communication through advanced Conversational AI, Generative AI, Voice AI, and Omnichannel Automation solutions. Headquartered in Singapore with strong market leadership in Asia, we are rapidly scaling our operations across Latin America (focusing heavily on Mexico and Brazil).
We are looking for an agile, results-driven Talent Acquisition Consultant to own our regional end-to-end recruitment pipeline and help us land top-tier enterprise software and AI talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- As our regional TA Consultant, you will manage the entire talent acquisition lifecycle, ensuring a seamless candidate experience and strong alignment with hiring managers.
- Hunt, map, and engage passive top-tier enterprise SaaS, technology, and commercial talent across Mexico, Brazil, and Colombia.
- Conduct deep behavioral and initial technical screenings to assess candidates against AI Rudder’s core competencies, language capabilities, and cultural pillars.
- Collaborate closely with the regional HR and leadership teams to calibrate profiles, manage interview schedules, and maintain an agile pipeline turnaround time.
- Manage the final presentation of offers, navigate compensation negotiations, and successfully close selected talent while ensuring complete transparency.
- Keep our tracking systems up to date to provide the leadership team with clean, weekly recruitment metrics and pipeline analytics.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 3+ years of proven experience as an In-House or Agency Recruiter specializing in Tech, Enterprise SaaS, or B2B Commercial profiles within LATAM.
- Deep understanding of the talent landscape, tech hubs, and market dynamics in Mexico, Brazil, or Colombia.
- Languages:
- Fluent English
- Native Portuguese or Spanish. (Bi-lingual or tri-lingual capabilities in Spanish/Portuguese/English are a massive plus).
- Strong experience conducting structured behavioral interviews (STAR Method) and handling complex closing scenarios.
- Highly entrepreneurial, self-motivated to work in a 100% remote environment, and comfortable with the fast execution speeds of a growing tech startup.
