The Opportunity
We are seeking a Livestream Quality & Operations Manager to lead our coaching team and oversee livestream quality across the platform.
This is a leadership position for someone who combines strong operational discipline, content awareness, coaching ability, and a hands-on approach to quality management.
You will work closely with coaches, Explorers, and platform leadership to ensure that livestreams consistently meet technical, content, and presentation standards while helping shape the future growth of City Explorer.
Because our livestreams operate across multiple countries and time zones, this role requires initiative, ownership, and the ability to maintain high standards within a dynamic and fast-moving environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coordinate, and support the livestream coaching team
- Maintain quality standards across all livestream categories and regions
- Monitor both technical performance and content quality
- Review coaching processes and ensure consistent feedback standards
- Identify quality issues proactively and implement corrective actions
- Improve coaching workflows, reporting systems, and operational procedures
- Support onboarding, training, and development of coaches and Explorers
- Collaborate with leadership to continuously raise platform standards
- Ensure Explorers deliver engaging, structured, and professional livestream experiences
- Help build scalable quality-control systems as the platform grows
Requisitos
- English C2, Portuguese C2, and Spanish C2 proficiency
- High accountability and strong ownership mindset
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience in livestreaming, content production, media operations, coaching, or related fields
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across different time zones
- Comfortable working in a startup environment where initiative and adaptability are highly valued
- Solid understanding of livestream technology, audience engagement, and content quality standards
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience leading teams or managing operations
- Background in broadcasting, digital media, content production, or creator management
- Experience training, mentoring, or supervising creators or content teams
- Familiarity with IRL livestreaming and real-time content operations
- Experience developing quality assurance processes or operational standards
