Title: Web Content Producer

Location: Remote
Notice Period: Cannot be longer than 2 weeks
Pay: $18/hr to 25/hr USD base on hours worked or R$15,401 to R$21,391 per month
Web Content Producer
Must Haves:
- 3+ years of web production for large enterprise sites using a CMS (Drupal 11 preferred; AEM acceptable)
- Ability to build pages quickly using paragraph blocks, components, templates, and brand guidelines
- Strong understanding of SEO, information architecture, and conversion‑focused page layout
- Knowledge of WCAG 2.2 accessibility standards and thorough QA across browsers/devices
- Working HTML/CSS/JavaScript skills for small production fixes and troubleshooting
- Clear communication with strong problem‑solving and issue articulation
- Advanced English for high‑accuracy editing and publishing
- Comfort performing high‑volume manual content migration and consistent page rebuilds
Plusses:
- Experience migrating content in structured waves (approx. 10 pages/week)
- Familiarity with DAM tagging/metadata and analytics for performance insights
- AEM experience and UX/UI handoff (wireframes → live pages)
- Confidence working directly with stakeholders to clarify requirements
Day To Day:
- The Web Content Producer will rebuild responsive pages in Drupal 11 using updated templates and paragraph components while manually migrating content from a legacy platform. Daily tasks include applying SEO and accessibility standards, performing QA across devices, troubleshooting production issues, and escalating technical blockers to developers. The role also includes maintaining organized assets within the DAM and following established workflows to ensure accuracy and brand consistency.
