Content Safety Operations Specialist (Brazil Market)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Deeply experience the content feed on Kwai Brazil, continuously assess content quality and appropriateness against platform tone, and identify content ecosystem risks as well as anomalies and emerging trends.

1. Regularly produce content quality and appropriateness analysis reports for the Brazil market, monitor local trending events and emerging content risks.

1. Act as the local safety operations point of contact, maintaining close communication with the China-based team, and sharing local cultural insights, policy changes, and user feedback.

1. Support the China-based team in developing and optimizing content safety strategies and review rules tailored to the Brazil market, and drive localized implementation.

1. Track the latest Brazil internet content regulatory developments, assist in handling local regulatory inquiries and escalation cases, and ensure compliance with legal requirements.

Requisitos

1. Language: Fluent Portuguese and English (working languages). Knowledge of Chinese is a plus.

1. Experience: 2+ years of experience in internet content safety, content moderation, or Trust & Safety.

1. Cultural insight: Deep understanding of Brazil’s local culture, social hot topics, and online trends, with the ability to keenly identify content sensitivity.

1. Collaboration skills: Excellent cross-cultural communication skills, and ability to collaborate effectively and remotely with geographically distributed teams.
