We’re seeking a Senior Marketing Operations Manager to own and evolve the marketing operations function for the product line— a subsidiary of the company and the #1 rated SaaS spend management platform on G2.
In this role, you’ll own Product line’s end-to-end marketing operations engine, including strategy, campaign execution, tools and integrations, and performance measurement. Your work will ensure marketing programs run smoothly, data flows accurately across systems, and teams have the insights needed to make smarter decisions.
It is required that this resource work US EST hours given the geographical location & needs of the wider marketing team.
As Our Senior Marketing Operations Manager, You Will:
- Marketing Operations Strategy:
- Have an expert & proactive perspective on how we continuously scale & optimize product line’s Marketing Operations foundation. This role is perfect for someone looking for deep strategic ownership, as well as hands-on execution.
- Campaign Management & Execution:
- Own campaign setup and execution across tools like HubSpot, Zoom, Webflow, Google Analytics & Storylane, including email programs, landing pages, forms, smart campaigns, webinars, product tours, and UTM tracking.
- Manage and optimize lead lifecycle workflows, including scoring models, routing logic, and handoffs between marketing and sales.
- Ensure consistent campaign setup, naming conventions, tagging, and documentation to support accurate reporting and attribution.
- Identify opportunities to streamline campaign workflows and improve marketing efficiency.
- Tools & Systems
- Own the health, structure, and governance of key marketing systems including HubSpot and related marketing technology.
- Partnering with this team will mean managing integrations, automation workflows, and data synchronization between marketing and sales platforms.
- Identify gaps and inefficiencies across product line’s MarTech stack and lead the evaluation, implementation, and optimization of tools to improve scalability and operational efficiency.
- Measurement & Analytics
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks to strengthen visibility into marketing performance & trends to the business.
- Track and analyze campaign performance, funnel progression, and key marketing KPIs to help the business understand what’s working and opportunities to improve.
- Ensure accurate campaign attribution, tagging, and reporting structures to support data-driven decision-making.
You Are Likely To Succeed If:
- 7+ years of hands-on marketing operations experience in B2B SaaS environments, ideally within fast-growing or startup companies.
- Deep expertise in HubSpot, including campaign execution, workflows, lifecycle management, and platform administration.
- Expertise with other martech tools such as RevenueHero, Google Analytics, Webflow, Zoom, & Storylane.
- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce CRM; prior admin experience or close partnership with Salesforce admins is highly desirable.
- Experience with marketing analytics and attribution, including UTM strategy, campaign performance reporting, forecasting, and web analytics tools.
- Strong systems-thinking and problem-solving skills, with experience working across marketing technologies, integrations, APIs, & automation workflows.
- Curiosity about emerging technologies, such as AI & Clay, and an experimental mindset to explore new ways to evolve marketing operations.
- Experience working in fast-paced, start-up environments.
- You have an Advanced English proficiency (B2–C1 or higher).
