SAP ABAP Techno-Functional Consultant – HR Master Data

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP ABAP Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in SAP HCM/HR Master Data processes and Workday to SAP S/4HANA integrations. The ideal candidate should possess a blend of technical ABAP development skills and functional HR domain knowledge to support data migration, interface development, and integration projects between Workday and SAP S/4HANA.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and support SAP ABAP solutions in SAP S/4HANA environments.
- Work closely with HR business stakeholders to understand HR Master Data requirements.
- Develop and maintain interfaces between Workday and SAP S/4HANA using middleware platforms.
- Perform HR Master Data mapping, transformation, validation, and reconciliation activities.
- Develop ABAP objects including Reports, Enhancements, User Exits, BAdIs, Function Modules CDS Views, and OData Services.
- Support inbound and outbound integrations involving employee master data, organizational data, compensation, and payroll-related information.
- Analyze functional specifications and convert them into technical designs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration, data migration, and interface issues.
- Participate in end-to-end testing, UAT support, and production deployment activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, Basis, Security, and Integration teams.
Requisitos
- Strong SAP ABAP development experience.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA development.
- ABAP OO, Reports, Enhancements, BAdIs, User Exits, SmartForms, Adobe Forms.
- CDS Views, AMDP, OData Services, SAP Gateway.
- ALE/IDoc, RFC, BAPI, Web Services.
- Data Migration and Data Conversion expertise.
- SAP Integration technologies and middleware exposure.
