NoPing is looking for a hands-on Senior Paid Media Specialist to run and optimize paid acquisition for a global gaming performance product.

This role is focused on execution. We need someone who can operate campaigns directly, analyze performance deeply, improve tracking, test aggressively, and scale what works across multiple paid channels.

This is not a strategy-only role. If you only manage agencies, review dashboards, or delegate campaign execution, this is not the right position.

We need someone who is comfortable inside the ad platforms every day.

What you will do:

  • Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft/Bing Ads, Meta Ads, Reddit Ads, VK Ads, and other performance channels.
  • Own full-funnel campaign performance: click, trial signup, paid subscription, retention, LTV, CAC, payback, and revenue quality.
  • Build and improve campaign structures, keyword strategies, audiences, bidding strategies, budgets, creatives, copy tests, and landing page tests.
  • Work hands-on with GA4, Google Tag Manager, pixels, UTMs, conversion events, attribution, dashboards, and performance reporting.
  • Identify tracking gaps and work with technical teams to improve data quality and attribution accuracy.
  • Translate performance insights into clear creative and content briefs for designers, copywriters, and content teams.
  • Test campaigns across different languages, regions, channels, audiences, and offers.
  • Scale winning campaigns while cutting waste quickly.
  • Report clearly on what is working, what is not working, and what should change next.

Must have:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in paid media / performance marketing.
  • Fluent English.
  • Strong operational experience with Google Ads
  • Proven experience running paid campaigns in more than 3 languages.
  • Strong understanding of CAC, ROAS, CPA, LTV, trial-to-paid conversion, attribution, and full-funnel optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with GA4, GTM, pixels, UTMs, conversion tracking, dashboards, and campaign analytics.
  • Ability to work independently and make performance decisions based on data.
  • Strong attention to detail. You must care about tracking, campaign structure, naming conventions, budgets, and measurement accuracy.

Strong plus:

  • Experience with SaaS or subscription-based products.
  • Microsoft/Bing Ads, Meta Ads, Reddit Ads, and VK Ads.
  • Experience with gaming, gamers, or consumer software.
  • Experience running campaigns across more than 5 countries.
  • Experience with TikTok Ads, X/Twitter Ads, programmatic, influencer paid amplification, or affiliate paid amplification.
  • Experience improving landing page conversion through testing and performance analysis.

You should be able to enter an account, understand what is happening, fix what is broken, and create a clear path to scale.
