About Dr. Brace
Dr. Brace is one of the fastest-growing orthopedic brands in the United States, with 160K+ followers on Instagram and 50K+ on TikTok. We are entering our next phase of growth and looking for a creative, analytical, and AI-driven social media leader to help scale our audience toward 1M+ followers.
The Role
This is not a traditional social media management position.
We are looking for someone who understands viral content mechanics, platform algorithms, audience psychology, and AI-powered content production.
You will own organic growth across TikTok and Instagram, leveraging AI tools to accelerate content creation, test ideas rapidly, and turn performance data into actionable growth strategies.
Requisitos
- 3+ years of TikTok and Instagram organic growth experience
- Proven experience growing social media accounts to 100K+ followers and generating millions of organic views.
- Strong understanding of short-form content strategy and retention mechanics
- Hands-on experience with AI content creation tools (Runway, Midjourney, Synthesia, Veo, ChatGPT, etc.)
- Advanced/Fluent English (written and verbal)
- Strong portfolio showcasing short-form video production and growth results
Compensation
$2,200 USD/month
