Role: Senior Automation & AI Engineer
Location: Remote (LATAM)

Overview
Client is seeking a Senior Automation & AI Engineer to design and deliver scalable automation solutions while integrating cutting-edge Generative AI and Agentic AI frameworks. This role will focus on driving automation across infrastructure, cloud, and enterprise platforms while enabling AI-powered workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions using Python, REST APIs, and Infrastructure-as-Code tools
- Build and implement AI-powered workflows leveraging GenAI, Agentic AI frameworks, and RAG architectures
- Automate provisioning, monitoring, troubleshooting, compliance validation, and remediation processes
- Develop integrations across enterprise platforms, tools, and operational systems
- Partner with Network, Cloud, Security, and Infrastructure teams to identify and deliver automation opportunities
- Support and enhance CI/CD pipelines and platform automation initiatives
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Automation Engineering, Platform Engineering, Software Engineering, or Infrastructure Automation
- Strong expertise in:
- Python
- REST APIs
- Terraform & Ansible
- Git / GitHub
- CI/CD pipelines
- Proven experience building automation solutions from concept through production deployment
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to work across multiple technology layers
Preferred / Nice to Have
- Experience with GenAI and Agentic AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, MCP)
- Exposure to LLMs, RAG architectures, and enterprise AI platforms
- Experience working in cloud and distributed environments
- Strong collaboration skills in cross-functional teams
